Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Recovery : We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Recovery. The role involves monitoring accounts, investigating data, contacting clients for overdue payments, processing payments and refunds, resolving billing issues, updating account records, and reporting on collection activities. The role also includes personal visits to high-value accounts, coordination with the legal team, and team management responsibilities such as agency allocation, cost-saving initiatives, and providing feedback to achieve individual goals. Experience Range: 4 - 8 years Educational Qualifications: -Any in Select specialization Job Responsibilities:  Monitor accounts and proactively act on that.  Investigate historical data for each defaulter  Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments  Take actions to encourage timely debt payments  Process payments and refunds  Resolve billing and customer issues.  Update account status records and collection efforts  Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.  Personal Visit on High Value accounts for fast resolution.  Coordination with the Legal team for fast Recovery.  Able to do allocation to respective agency and Executive.  Cost saving Intention when allocating case to agency.  Team Management : Find the Agency for Respective location in minimum cost and result oriented.  Able to handle the team of executive and Agency and timely feedback update is Compulsory.  Should be able to Joint Visit with the Executive to resolve the Stress account.  Able to do Team Review and Guide them to achieve Individual Goal.
