Description We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cerritos, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a showroom environment while supporting various sales and operational functions. Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. - Collaborate with the sales team to support cross-functional tasks and enhance operational efficiency. - Assist in training employees on outdated systems to ensure smooth transitions and effective use. - Represent the company with attention to detail at tradeshows, requiring travel for 3-day trips up to 4-6 times per year. - Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to customer inquiries and scheduling appointments. - Manage order entry, data processing, and email correspondence with attention to detail. - Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate records and support reporting needs. - Ensure high levels of organization and multitasking to meet customer and business demands. - Maintain a welcoming and well-organized showroom environment while standing for extended periods. - Leverage problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a showroom or product-based setting. - Fluency in Spanish is required for this position. - Familiarity with tradeshows and the ability to travel for 3-day trips, up to 4-6 times per year. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting. - Capability to stand for long durations while engaging with customers. - Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and email correspondence. - Demonstrated multitasking skills and attention to detail for accurate order entry.
