We are looking for a Shop Foreman/Lead Technician to help lead our technician team at our Lancaster, SC Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store! This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a brand-new shop in one of the fastest-growing markets in the region. About the Role: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience with completed Phase 3 training. You will be both a hands-on, production-based technician and a leader for the team. The ideal candidate will set the pace in the shop, provide guidance and technical expertise and help drive overall productivity! Compensation & Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a competitive flat rate with opportunity for self and team production-based bonuses in the $40.00-54.00/hr pay range. Responsibilities: * Conduct diagnostic tests and identify automotive issues. * Perform routine maintenance services as well as repairs on vehicles. * Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 10+ technicians. * Complete online and video multi-point inspections and recommend appropriate services and repairs based on findings. * Quality check and test drive vehicles after repairs are completed. * Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. * Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with technical advancements. * Ensure all manufacturer training is completed for yourself and your team. * Assist and mentor team members on diagnostics, repair processes and best practices. * Work closely with service management to achieve department goals.
