Chiropractor Belvidere IL Urgently Hiring
4-day work week (Mon-Thurs) We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our practice full-time in Belvidere IL. We need a fantastic Chiropractor who wants to focus solely on proving care to patient. We will consider recent graduates or candidates out of state that have a valid license and are willing to relocate.
About us: We are a holistic physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic with a staff of Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Rehab Specialists and Massage Therapists and for almost 15 years, we have provided our patients with the highest level of care. We want to get to the underlying root of the cause of our patient’s pain/illness. We provide natural medical care to help alleviate acute pain and we provide rehabilitation and chiropractic care for long lasting results. We have a fantastic team of professionals, who work together with the patients, to restore function, increase mobility, and achieve long-lasting results. We have a state-of-the-art facility, as well as a relaxing and rejuvenating environment.
Duties: - Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, lifestyle modifications, services provided, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care adjustments Palmer Diversified, activator and various therapies and modalities
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
- Participate in clinic meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications: - Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from a Council on Chiropractic Education (CCE) accredited institution.
- Chiropractic license in IL
- Proficiency in chiropractic software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Schedule: - 4-day work week Mon-Thurs with ½ days on Tuesdays
Salary (range): - $85k-$95k per year Salary (Depending On Experience)
