We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Community Relations Managers to join our team. In this role, you will represent nonprofit partners, support local outreach programs, and help strengthen community relationships. No experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and fast-track growth opportunities for driven candidates.

Represent nonprofit and community partners at events, fundraisers, and outreach programs
Build meaningful relationships with community members and local organizations
Clearly communicate campaign messages and guide individuals on how to get involved
Support outreach goals and ensure successful event execution
Track engagement metrics and provide feedback to improve future initiatives
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, energetic event environment
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Passion for community work, nonprofits, or helping others
