Job Description
Our client is building a scalable data governance framework to support enterprise transformation and AI readiness. We're seeking a hands-on Data Governance Analyst to partner with our governance lead and help operationalize governance across systems, starting with Salesforce. The Data Governance Analyst will support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives by translating strategy into execution. This role focuses on profiling, mapping, and monitoring data quality across critical domains, collaborating with data stewards, owners, and technical teams to ensure trusted data products and actionable insights.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience with Informatica IDMC (required).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and connect dots across domains.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for reporting. Empathetic and proactive communicator.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.
Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset.
Bonus: Python/SQL for data profiling (not required).
