Job Description

Description Support our team's accuracy and efficiency as a Data Entry Clerk. In this essential role, you will be responsible for processing and managing information to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: + Enter, update, and verify data in various systems with a high level of accuracy. + Organize and maintain digital and physical records. + Perform data clean-up, cross-referencing, and reporting tasks. + Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing as needed. + Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify information. + Uphold confidentiality and organizational data standards at all times. Requirements Desired Qualifications: + Prior experience in data entry or administrative support preferred. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems, particularly MS Excel + Strong communication abilities and ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
