This is a remote position.
We are looking for a focused Data Entry Typist to work fully remote and support our administrative and project documentation needs. The remote nature of this role allows you to work from home and contribute to our team from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Type in reports, project summaries, correspondence and database entries from remote locations.
Review typed entries for accuracy, clarity and formatting while working remotely.
Ensure data consistency and completeness across remote documentation systems.
Maintain remote records of typist output, revisions and version control.
Work with remote teams to handle urgent typist tasks and support project deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong typing skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines remotely.
Proficiency in word-processing software and comfortable working remotely.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.
Self-motivated, with strong time-management skills in a remote setting.
Competitive hourly pay $28–$35/hr.
