We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry Typist to join our remote team. The role involves entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in digital databases or spreadsheets. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data integrity and supporting daily administrative operations — all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets.

  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Maintain organized records and files (digital and/or cloud-based).

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as sorting documents or formatting files.

  • Communicate with team members via email or chat to clarify data issues.


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus).

  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 35–45 words per minute).

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and time-management skills.

  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
