Position: Data Specialist
Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)
Pay: $22 to $25/hour
Experience: Previous data entry, office, or related experience.
Education:  High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Ability to work OT as needed)
Greene Resources is seeking a Data Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Work within the tabulation unit processing votes and reconciling internal and external vote tallies.
Run reports and work in Excel to complete tasks.
Work within the voter system to tally and reconcile votes.
Balance broker reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Microsoft Office Suite experience, including proficiency in Excel.
Experience with Teams and SmartSheets is a plus.
Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong critical thinking and research skills.
Attention to detail and strong visual inspection skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
