Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant to join our dynamic dermatology team in beautiful Fergus Falls, Minnesota. In this full-time role, you’ll provide high-quality care to patients with a variety of skin conditions, working closely with dermatologists and a supportive healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm
• Option for a 4–4.5 day work week (36 patient contact hours/week for 1.0 FTE)
• Setting: Outpatient clinic – No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Procedures include: Biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, fine needle aspirations, and other common dermatologic treatments
• EMR: EPIC

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dermatologic assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Diagnose and manage conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and skin cancers
• Perform in-office dermatologic procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including prescription management and biologics
• Provide patient education and preventive care guidance
• Collaborate with dermatologists and other team members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Qualifications

• NCCPA Certification
• Current or eligible Minnesota PA license
• Certification in dermatology or relevant dermatology experience required
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting
