DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Working on multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that all construction estimates are developed within project goals
Ensuring projects are estimated according to approved plans, specifications, drawings, and applicable Building Codes
Preparing detailed construction Cost Estimates, Purchase Orders and Change Orders
Assisting with development of construction Schedules with Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates
Providing clear direction to Team Members to ensure project targets are achieved
Attending Pre-construction meetings and leading estimate reviews
Use CRM software to manage sales leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (single-ply, metal, built-up roofing, and coatings).
• Ability to interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications.
• Strong background in flat and metal roofing systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using the Edge estimating software
