The right individual for this role will be passionate about health and fitness, be outgoing with a desire to build relationships with members and clients, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:
Beyond the traditional roles described, an Anytime Fitness trainer provides guidance, education, and encouragement and most importantly - develops relationships with all members to improve retention. Anytime Fitness expects our trainers to possess above average customer service skills and be on a mission to provide a "surprisingly personable experience" with everyone he/she meets. Trainers are responsible for the general upkeep of the club (equipment and floor cleanliness), sales and marketing, while being proactive in the outreach to members to assist in ensuring this is a comfortable space for everyone.
