GSA contract administrator position in Virginia/Maryland

This is a permanent, full time position with great benefits and salary offer as well as career growth opportunities.  We are a large commercial and military construction sub-contractor that completes many medium and large construction projects in VA and MD.

Responsibilities:

• Administration/Estimating support for multiple construction projects
• Manage documentation and reporting for multiple government contract construction projects
• Be familiar with GSA Construction paperwork and reporting
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction estimating and project administration support
• Prior GSA construction experience
• Familiar with military construction reporting
