Position: Loan Closer (Private Lending)
Location: Hybrid – Raleigh, NC (Tues–Thurs in-office; Mon/Fri remote)
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience)

Overview:
Our client, a rapidly expanding private lender , is seeking an experienced Loan Closer to join their growing Operations team in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant closings across a variety of loan products, including bridge, renovation, construction, and DSCR term loans .
Responsibilities:
Coordinate closings with title companies, attorneys, and borrowers
Review title commitments and resolve curative items prior to closing
Prepare and finalize settlement statements in line with loan terms
Ensure all closing conditions and approvals are met within deadlines
Communicate proactively with title partners and internal teams
Track scheduled closings to ensure readiness and compliance
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of loan closing or settlement coordination experience
Background in private lending, mortgage, or title required
Strong understanding of loan documents, title procedures, and HUDs
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Must be local to the Raleigh, NC area (no relocation offered)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with closing systems
