Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Designer to support an enterprise design team. The position will be hybrid on site in Basking Ridge, NJ and New York City. The team focuses on several different product portfolios for telecommunication devices and technology and smart device technology. This candidate will be responsible for delivering work for work for a Family Products Portfolio. He or she will support the team in all project initiatives, concepting, rendering and sketching work, and end to end industrial design delivery. Candidates should come from a consumer product design background and have prior hands on industrial design experience in enterprise environments, giving them the ability to work with multiple stakeholders including external and internal, understanding requirements and taking design work through production. 20% of your day to day will be design management and 80% will be hands on design, concepting, and design refinement. There will be a key factor in documenting design processes, building decks to present on industrial design work, execute on physical and consumer designs, as well as adapt to changes as requested in a fast-paced environment.
