Salary: $136,340 - 160,400 per year Requirements:
- A minimum of four years of experience in managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) combined with at least one year of experience in managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
- A comprehensive understanding of software architecture, development, systems engineering, project management, and/or service management.
- The capability to swiftly grasp new business functionalities and technologies, while staying updated with the latest IT industry trends.
- Proven expertise in Lean and Agile leadership with management abilities to guide and oversee the work of others.
- Experience in managing developers and/or quality assurance analysts, including talent development, coaching, and performance management.
- A track record of collaborating with business stakeholders, IT customers, and/or vendors throughout complex project initiatives.
Responsibilities: - In the role of IT Manager at Level20, I will be tasked with overseeing and supporting technology professionals who are innovating new products in a product incubator environment. This includes management of software development, infrastructure design, and relevant service management or process improvement activities. I understand the direction of both business and technology, and I strive to align local efforts to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
- I will focus on nurturing the next generation of managers and leaders by providing guidance and support to technology professionals, preparing them for future positions. Additionally, I will engage in relevant service management responsibilities, collaborating with technology leadership to create and maintain service definitions, technology roadmaps, and other essential documentation.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $136,340 to $160,400.
