Description Job Posting: IT Manager - Infrastructure Engineering Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid: Onsite 3x/week - Tuesdays & Wednesdays required) Compensation: $175K-$185K base + bonus We're seeking an experienced IT Manager - Infrastructure Engineering to lead a high-performing, long-tenured team of four engineers. This role is 80% leadership and 20% hands-on, focused on driving infrastructure strategy, operational uptime, and compliance across global systems. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and mentor a team managing infrastructure operations and endpoint management + Oversee Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Citrix, SailPoint, Purview, and other enterprise tools + Ensure compliance with SOX, DFARS, ITAR, CMMC, and related regulations + Maintain disaster recovery plans, patching standards, and automation processes + Support strategic planning and implementation of infrastructure technologies For immediate consideration, direct message Reid Gormly on Linkedin and Apply Now! Requirements Requirements: + 3+ years of IT management experience in a mid-to-large enterprise + Expertise with Microsoft enterprise tools (AD, Exchange, Citrix, Azure, Office 365) + Strong knowledge of security principles (RBAC, least privilege) + Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience + U.S. Persons only (ITAR compliance) Bonus: Hybrid schedule, strong benefits, and a collaborative, well-established team.
