IT Technician

Pay Range: 60-65K

Location: Baton Rouge, TX

Requirements

• 4+ years of service desk or IT support experience (Tier 1 or higher)
• Experience with ITIL-based ticketing systems preferred
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Strong communication, follow-through, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Log and track all tickets, ensuring SLAs are met
• Image and deploy workstations and laptops
• Support corporate assets and escalate complex issues as needed
• Create documentation and training for recurring incidents
