Hours: 25, 18 & 13 hours per week.

The Jeweler Mission:

As one of our first Jewelers in LA, you will be at the forefront of an exciting new chapter in A&M’s journey, helping to shape our presence in one of the most vibrant and influential markets in the world. You’ll play a key role in creating meaningful and memorable welding experiences that inspire and empower our community. You’ll bring care and passion to every interaction, with the customer at the heart of the journey.

How you'll drive success

  • You truly Host from the Heart , radiating warmth, being fully present, taking ownership of every interaction and bringing intention to the smallest moments. You'll create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued and cared for
  • Deliver an unforgettable welding experience that feels personal, thoughtful, and inspiring, building genuine connections with every customer
  • Connect with each customer’s unique story and expertly use the welding machine to weld bracelets and charms that feel as special as the moments they represent
  • Offer kindness and reassurance , especially during more emotional or sensitive moments
  • Have a confident presence on the shop floor , sharing your knowledge of our products and welding service with passion and pride, inspiring both customers and your team

What you'll need to thrive

  • You have previous experience with welding, soldering or working with jewellery, as well as a true passion for customer experience
  • A values champion and brand ambassador, our values resonate deeply with you
  • You're a strong problem solver, with the ability to be adaptable and respond effectively to change
  • You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
  • You’re able to stay grounded during more difficult and sensitive interactions, always leading with empathy

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

  1. Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
  2. Interview with Store Manager - a 30 min video call for you to meet your Store Manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
  3. In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet one of our Jeweller Mentors to discuss your experience and try out our welding machine
