Insight Global is looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Tax Associate to join a Tax and Business Solutions firm in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to build a career in tax accounting while gaining exposure to client success and support function.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in preparing individual and business tax returns under supervision.
-Support tax research and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
-Provide client support by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation for tax filings.
-Collaborate with team members on projects and learn best practices in tax accounting.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
-Basic knowledge of tax principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. -Working experience with tax software.
-Familiarity with AI tax preparation tools.
