Job Summary:
We are seeking a Leasing Specialists for our apartment communities. Successful candidates will be energetic, flexible, responsible, and eager to participate in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process, managing prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive renting experience. With strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach, the Leasing Specialist will contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Must be able to work on the West Bank and Kenner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
