Center for Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Implants is a rapidly growing oral & maxillofacial surgery practice located in Madison, Wisconsin searching for an enthusiastic board certified or board eligible surgeon. COMS is unlike any other surgery team with a vision aiming to work only with those who are most passionate about changing the lives of patients. The practice has provided oral surgery services for over 65 years specializing in dental implants, bone grafting, wisdom tooth removal and other reconstructive procedures. Two state-of-the-art facilities with the latest technology and excellent support staff, including all DAANCE certified surgical technicians.
