A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Principal Experience Designer

Position type: Full-time, Contract

Duration: 5 Months Location: Fort Washington, PA 19034

As a *Principal Experience Designer * you will:

• Drive visual and interaction design for the New Technology Suite, ensuring alignment with the company's design system and brand standards.
• Collaborate with development partners to translate design concepts into high-quality, customer-facing tools.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that meet both user needs and business goals.
• Manage assigned design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, from exploration through final handoff.
• Partner with the Creative Director to deliver a unified and high-end experience across the platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's of Science or Arts Degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience designing digital products, ideally consumer-facing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant UI design, UX expertise, and high standards of visual execution.
• Proficiency in Figma (and similar tools), with experience working in or contributing to design systems.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range : *$85.00 - $90.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
