Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a growing civil engineering firm that is hiring for a Project Engineer Lead to support diverse regional land development projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to civil site and land development projects, including design, permitting, and construction observation for residential, commercial, and municipal developments.
- Create detailed design plans and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Perform calculations and technical design work related to stormwater management, drainage systems, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and design staff.
- Review engineering documents, drawings, and calculations for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, contractors, and review agencies throughout all project phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in civil site design and project management.
- PE licensure (or ability to obtain within 3 months) strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software (Hydraflow, HydroCAD, WaterCAD, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and client service.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
