Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a growing civil engineering firm that is hiring for a Project Engineer Lead to support diverse regional land development projects. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and contribute to civil site and land development projects, including design, permitting, and construction observation for residential, commercial, and municipal developments.
2. Create detailed design plans and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
3. Perform calculations and technical design work related to stormwater management, drainage systems, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
4. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and design staff.
5. Review engineering documents, drawings, and calculations for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
6. Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, contractors, and review agencies throughout all project phases.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology.
2. 5+ years of experience in civil site design and project management.
3. PE licensure (or ability to obtain within 3 months) strongly preferred.
4. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software (Hydraflow, HydroCAD, WaterCAD, etc.).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and client service.
6. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
