Qualifications:

• Real Estate License.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring all showings and appointments are scheduled and executed smoothly.
• Proven track record of effective communication, both verbal and written, to address client inquiries and collaborate with the team.
• Familiarity with the Lafayette, LA real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly about local neighborhoods and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a collaborative spirit.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and lead generation.
• Current real estate license or active pursuit of licensure, demonstrating your commitment to a career in real estate.
