Ready to make a real difference in a child's life? Join Move Up ABA!
Are you a passionate, patient, and driven individual who loves working with children? Do you want a career where every day you have the opportunity to make a positive impact? We're looking for caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team at Move Up ABA and provide one-on-one, in-home therapy to children with autism.
As an RBT, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement customized behavior plans, collect data, and help children build essential life skills. You'll use play-based, child-led strategies to make learning fun and engaging, whether you're helping with potty training or managing new behaviors. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with families, document progress, and celebrate every small victory. You're not just a technician—you're a vital part of a team dedicated to changing a child's future, one session at a time.
At Move Up ABA, we're not just another company; we're a BCBA-owned and operated team that truly understands what it takes to support you. We believe in investing in our staff and providing a supportive, collaborative environment where you can thrive.
Comprehensive Training & Support: We provide extensive training that goes beyond basic RBT certification to ensure you're confident and prepared for your role.
Consistent Mentorship: Learn and grow from our supportive BCBAs who are dedicated to your professional development.
Thoughtful Placements: We thoughtfully match you with clients based on your skills and provide ongoing training to help you expand your expertise and take on new opportunities.
Focus on Safety: Your safety is a priority. We'll certify you to confidently and safely address any unpredictable client behaviors.
Competitive Pay: Earn $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on your experience and certifications. Plus $500 sign-on Bonus after 90 days working with a client!!!!
Flexible Schedule: We're looking for availability during peak hours, primarily weekdays from 3 pm to 8 pm . While weekend availability is a plus, it's not required. Sessions are typically 2-3 hours long.
Work Location: You'll work in the comfort of a child’s home, community, or school.
We're looking for compassionate and reliable individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference. If you meet the following requirements, we encourage you to apply:
Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Experience engaging with children through connection and play.
The ability to work independently and embrace a feedback-driven environment.
Physical capability to stand, sit, run, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform CPR if necessary.
A commitment to working consistently with a client for at least six months.
Completion or proof of completion of the 40-Hour RBT course (or the ability to complete this training and take the exam within 60 days of hire).
If this sounds like you, let's make a difference together! Apply today to be a part of something awesome at Move Up ABA. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.
