Pay Rate: $46–$48/hr

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care environment
Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and care interventions
Collaborate with providers, therapists, CNAs, and other clinical team members
Ensure adherence to facility policies, state regulations, and federal guidelines
Maintain accurate electronic charting and updated care plans
Promote a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for residents
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and documentation skills
Ability to work 12-hour Day shifts and meet the 36-hour weekly requirement
