**Job Summary and Responsibilities** The Resident Program Administrator is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties as a liaison with local colleges to recruit, interview, supervise new graduate RN's into the Residency program. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Plans, directs, manages/conducts, and evaluates educational activities and programs which include general nursing mandatory education and nursing orientation. **Job Requirements** + CA RN + BLS through American Heart Association + BSN degree required + INSTRUCTOR - BLS, ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire. + Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in an acute care setting. **Where You'll Work** Founded by the Sisters of Mercy, Mercy Hospitals have a history of caring for our community that goes back more than 100 years.
