We are seeking a Salesforce Developer / Administrator to customize and optimize Salesforce CRM, develop automation solutions, and support business workflows across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
Responsibilities:
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and automation rules.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
Maintain data quality, perform audits, and generate reports and dashboards.
Provide user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce users.
Required Skills:
Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
Workflow automation, Process Builder, Flow
API integration and data migration
