Job Description

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $132,200 - $208,800 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Role Description:

Schneider Electric is seeking a talented and diverse Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team supporting our highly customized environment. This role is specifically for individuals who excel in functional solutions. We are not looking for a Technical Architect; there will be no hands-on technical responsibilities. Instead, we need someone with a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to focus solely on functional solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining Solution Architecture: Design and document technology solutions in alignment with business objectives and requirements, fostering an inclusive and innovative approach.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs and gather inclusive requirements for technology solutions.
  • Technology Evaluation and Selection: Assess various technologies and platforms to determine the most suitable and inclusive options for the solution, considering factors such as cost, performance, and compatibility.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide inclusive technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring effective implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Ensuring Performance, Scalability, and Security: Uphold inclusive performance, scalability, and security standards, addressing potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the solution, ensuring project success with an inclusive mindset.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for inclusive improvement and contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of technology solutions, while staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate with diverse teams, fostering an inclusive environment to ensure a cohesive approach to projects.
  • Quality Commitment: Ensure that solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements while continuously seeking opportunities for inclusive improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical, business analysis or Solution Architecture roles.
  • 5+ years of strong operational experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Desire to be in a fully functional design role. (technical roles are a different team)
  • Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns.
  • Experience in highly customized Salesforce landscapes.
  • Ability to differentiate standard Salesforce capabilities and custom requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, promoting inclusivity within cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce B2B Solution Architect, Application Architect, System Architect Certifications are a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of inclusive business processes and CRM best practices.
