Occupational Therapist (OT) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring dedicated Occupational Therapists for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer full-time positions exclusively in-person.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: In-person- 2 buildings
Start Date: ASAP
Grade Level: K-5th grade

Staff Hours: 7:55-3:25 M, T, TH, F and 7:55-3:40 W
Additional Information: This is a split position between our Kindergarten only building and a 1-5 grade elementary school. The schools are within walking distance of each other.
Service Area: Student evaluations, treatment sessions, IEP completion, documentation, and collaboration with special education teams

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments for students
• Complete IEPs and maintain timely documentation
• Collaborate closely with special education teams and school staff
• Manage caseload based on district needs

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy License required
• Strong skills in pediatric evaluation and therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience working in school settings preferred
