Job Description:
Looking for a Scrum Master with a strong background as an Infrastructure Engineer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master guiding teams through Agile processes.
• Utilize infrastructure engineering background to bridge communication between technical teams and project stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• SHOULD HAVE STARTED CAREER AS AN INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER and then BECAME A SCRUM MASTER
• Merger and acquisition experience
• Scaled Agile, SAFe, Kanban
• Infrastructure exp - can be as low as 25% infra but needs at least this much (blended with app dev)
  • Major need: be able to talk agile to infrastructure teams speak their language while educating/instilling process
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master
• Certifications are a plus

Your tasks

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

Required skills and qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
