Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years experience in managing and operating an Enterprise Service Management platform.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in SQL development, API scripting, and HTML.
  • 1-2+ years of development experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, including risk identification and potential mitigation strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven capability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as vendors.
  • Outstanding customer service and support skills, with a focus on implementing best practices within ESM tools and processes.
  • Proven ability to establish relationships with various levels of staff throughout the organization.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain the ESM Platform to ensure its reliability, performance, and security.
  • Configure the Enterprise Service Management system and make informed decisions regarding its design and setup.
  • Execute initiatives that deliver new value to users while supporting a user-centric design philosophy.
  • Provide tier 1-3 technical support, resolving complex issues and engaging with technical resources or vendors when necessary.
  • Ensure the ESM complies with established security and reliability standards.
  • Measure, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Gather requirements and formulate technological solutions that adhere to IT process best practices.
  • Advance ITIL practices including Ticket, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
  • Evaluate, design, and implement process enhancements and operational efficiencies across business processes.
  • Utilize scripting and database querying to streamline integrations, recurring tasks, and system testing.
  • Assist in documenting standards and best practices for Ticket Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management processes.
  • Provide training tailored to the diverse needs of end users, partners, and team members.
  • Undertake other assigned responsibilities as needed.
