Job Description

• Collaboratively lead an FF&E team of 4 to 5 members;
• Prepare Conceptual Design Presentation Boards, Moods and Finishes maintaining quality and content compatible with Company and client standards;
• Work in conjunction with Design and Production Team to meet client’s brief expectations and developing programs and budgets;
• Provide creative selection of materials, furniture and finishing;
• Assist and coordinates with 3D rendering staff in the styling of imagery;
• Attend and participate in presentation meetings and design reviews as required
• Responsible for FF&E Specifications and Schedules documentation following Company standards;
• Liaise with suppliers and updating library information & latest catalogues;
• Styling and Assisting Project Site Installations;
• Carpet Design, color and pattern development;
• Provide ongoing mentorship and training to the FF&E team.
