As a Keyholder / Shift Lead , you’ll support store leadership by running day-to-day operations, supervising team members, and setting the tone for excellent customer service. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized, and energetic retail environment—and you’ll be a go-to problem solver on the floor. This role is perfect for someone who has retail or service experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Support

• Provide real-time coaching and guidance to team members
• Help train new staff and model best practices
• Delegate tasks and ensure efficient completion of daily duties
• Motivate staff while working towards one goal

Customer Service & Sales

• Deliver excellent, inclusive customer experiences
• Resolve customer issues or escalate when needed
• Support staff in upselling and promoting in-store promotions

Operations & Floor Management

• Close the store each night to standard
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Oversee the buy/sell/trade intake process and flow
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the sales floor

Availability Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with evening availability (3:00pm to 8:15pm) + weekend availability. Shifts can be extended or shrunk for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of retail, service, or leadership experience
• Passion for secondhand fashion and sustainable retail
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day)
• Confidence using a POS system and handling cash
• Previous experience in buying/trading used clothing is a plus, but not required
