Victory Car Wash in Riverview, FL is looking for one operations manager to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 3820 Us Hwy 301 Riverview, Fl 33579 . Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action
• Ensure business quality standards are met
• Staff management: hiring, training, and scheduling car wash attendants, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
• Customer service: Ensuring that customer receive a high level of service and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• engaging with customers to make sure overall customer service is up to standards
• Quality control: training, and hiring proper staff . Making sure our standard are being meet by employee and teams leads.
• Providing KPI for you team leaders and following up on there work.
• Equipment maintenance: Regularly inspecting and maintaining car wash equipment to ensure proper functioning. Coordinating with superior to schedule any repairs or maintenance if necessary
• Inventory management: Ordering and managing supplies such as cleaning solutions, towels, and material necessary for car washing operation.
• Safety and compliance: ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, including proper use of personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with environment regulations.
• Financial management: monitoring and managing the car wash cash flow. checking inventory monthly

Qualifications

• Experience working as a car wash manager( 2 years minimum)
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize
• Basic Microsoft computer skills
• Customer service skills
• High stress and fast pace management skills
• Ability to be on there feet for long periods of time
• Pay is negotiable an is based on experience.
