Deliverables

• Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to the cafe’s brand and target audience
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content highlighting menu items, events, and the cafe’s atmosphere
• Manage daily posting and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Monitor analytics to assess content performance and adjust strategies for optimal reach and engagement
• Collaborate with the cafe team to capture on-site moments and seasonal promotions
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-appropriate manner

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably for food, beverage, or hospitality brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling and copywriting skills
