Spin Instructor

Crunch Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic ROCK STAR Group Fitness Instructors who can deliver an unforgettable class experience.

Requirements

• General Class Formats: Nationally accredited group fitness certification required (ACE, AFAA, or NASM).
• Specialty Class Formats (Barre, Group Cycling, Pilates, TRX, Yoga, Zumba, etc.): Valid format-specific certifications recognized and accredited by the organizations above.
• Please Note: Crunch does not accept Les Mills, Mossa, Beach Body, Insanity, or other pre-choreographed formats.
• Maintain a valid CPR Certification ; First Aid Certification also required.
• Experience leading multi-level exercise classes for participants of all fitness levels.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Duties

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement.
• Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed.
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club and facility policies and procedures.
• Attend Crunch Instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines.

Compensation

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and audition performance
• Expected Hours: Vary based on class demand and instructor availability
