Spin Instructor
Crunch Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic ROCK STAR Group Fitness Instructors who can deliver an unforgettable class experience.
Requirements
- General Class Formats: Nationally accredited group fitness certification required (ACE, AFAA, or NASM).
- Specialty Class Formats (Barre, Group Cycling, Pilates, TRX, Yoga, Zumba, etc.): Valid format-specific certifications recognized and accredited by the organizations above.
- Please Note: Crunch does not accept Les Mills, Mossa, Beach Body, Insanity, or other pre-choreographed formats.
- Maintain a valid CPR Certification ; First Aid Certification also required.
- Experience leading multi-level exercise classes for participants of all fitness levels.
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Duties
- Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
- Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements.
- Understand and follow all policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement.
- Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed.
- Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
- Follow all club and facility policies and procedures.
- Attend Crunch Instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines.
Compensation
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $20–$45 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and audition performance
- Expected Hours: Vary based on class demand and instructor availability
