Job Description

A well-established, full-service legal team has been incorporated for over 40 years and is currently seeking a skilled attorney with experience in trust and estate planning and administration . The role will involve handling wills, trusts, estate administration, and elder law matters.

Responsibilities:

* Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for healthcare
* Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and tax planning
* Conduct effective consultations with potential clients
* Interface with clients providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
* Licensed with the State Bar of PA
* Minimum of five years of estate planning experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical aptitude for learning other software programs such as practice management software
* Familiarity with document drafting software
* Ability to show empathy to clients and puts them at ease
* Attention to detail
