Pay Rate:$28/hr.

Select Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Parts Stock Specialist to support our client’s service center operations. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of parts and supplies needed for repair and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with technicians, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely distribution of parts
• Label, store, and issue parts efficiently to support service operations
• Operate forklift and material handling equipment to move parts
• Load/unload delivery trucks and pick up parts from vendors
• Keep parts room and warehouse clean and organized
• Support technicians with parts and material handling on the production floor
• Monitor and process paperwork for incoming/outgoing parts
• Conduct cycle counts and report shortages or rejected parts
• Attend local meetings and travel as needed (less than 60 percent)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Oracle or similar systems
• Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain forklift certification

Skills and Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic knowledge of automotive, bus, or heavy-duty vehicle components
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy parts
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
