1099 Sales Representative for Background Screening & Investigative Services (Commission-Based)

About Us

Elite PI Services is a licensed private investigation and background screening firm specializing in employment background checks, due diligence, and investigative services for businesses across Georgia and beyond. We're looking nationwide for any driven, outgoing Sales Representatives who thrive on building relationships and closing deals in the field.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and engage new clients such as staffing agencies, healthcare providers, contractors, property managers, and small business owners.
• Present and promote our suite of background screening and investigative services.
• Attend networking events, job fairs, and local business expos to generate leads.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For

• 18 years of age or older.
• Outgoing, confident communicator with great interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Someone who can take the initiative to research and understand the importance of pre-employment background checks, what the FCRA is, and why it is important.
• Experience in sales, recruiting, marketing, or business development required
• Comfortable talking with business owners, HR leaders, and managers in person and by phone.
• Knowledge of B2B sales or service-based industries is a plus.
• Display a professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation

• Commission-Based Pay: You'll earn a competitive monthly percentage from every client you sign up, and from the amount of background screening services your clients order during each month.
• No cap on earnings the more clients you sign and use our services, the more you make each month. We will grow together.
