Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close tasks.
*

Oversee Work-In-Progress (WIP) accounting for ongoing projects, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost tracking.
*

Support full-cycle accounting processes across AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets.
*

Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and supporting schedules for leadership and external stakeholders.
*

Assist with process improvements, system configurations, and data accuracy within Business Central.
*

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
*

Support audits, budgeting cycles, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

*

Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central (required).
*

Strong understanding of Work-In-Progress (WIP) accounting, including project-based revenue/cost tracking.
*

Full-life cycle accounting experience, including month-end close and general ledger management.
*

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; MBA or Master's in Accounting preferred.
*

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving organization.
