Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Schedule
  • Concessions team members for daily /weekly and monthly events. 
  • Make, Post & communicate schedules via phone, email and MYSTAFF
• MyStaff
  • • Add schedules into MyStaff
    • Ensure coding is accurate based on classification and location
    • Reconcile timecards
    • Reconcile missed punches (ensure to check for meal breaks) Uniforms
      • Distro and collection (partner with stand leads?)
      • Create inventory for uniforms; mid-season inventory and reorder  

• Attendance discipline

  • • Monitor, manage and hand out discipline reports for tardies, NCNS, late call offs, seniority loss due to attendance
    • Figure out more efficient way to administer employee attendance write ups; particularly tardy
• Borrowed labor schedules
  • • POD Admin
    • Create/organize borrowed labor list
  • Temp staff schedules
  • Forecast and organize need for temp labor
  • Send temp orders to HR
  • Manage temp arrival/check-in with building security

• Event Day tasks
  • EE check-in
  • Meal ticket distribution (along with uniforms)
  • Field phone calls from bar/food stands
  • Enter unscheduled employees in MyStaff
  • MyStaff time card reconciliation
  • Administer employee disciplines
