About the Role

We’re hiring part-time Strength & Conditioning Coaches who are passionate, reliable, and committed to excellence—even with a busy life or another career.

Whether you're a nurse with three days off a week, a teacher looking for meaningful work outside the classroom, or a professional who simply loves coaching—we want people who bring heart, skill, and presence to every session.

You’ll coach semi-private training sessions and group classes , support our members’ progress, and be part of a team that values development, feedback, and high standards.

What You’ll DoCoach & Lead

  • Deliver clear, confident coaching in semi-private and class sessions
  • Demonstrate movements with precision
  • Offer scalable options for all fitness levels
  • Maintain session flow, energy, and community
  • Ensure athlete safety through active cueing and form correction

Support & Engage

  • Perform assessments and guide members through structured programs
  • Help members set and achieve goals
  • Build relationships that elevate the member experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized training environment

Collaborate & Grow

  • Participate in ongoing learning within the team
  • Attend occasional team meetings and development sessions
  • Bring solutions, not complaints
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and accountability

Even as a part-time coach, you are a core part of our community.

Professional Development

QualificationsRequired

  • 1+ year experience coaching groups or personal training
  • Strong foundation in strength & conditioning
  • Certification through NASM, NSCA, ACE, or ACSM
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping others
  • Ability to coach actively on your feet
  • Team-first mindset

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
  • Advanced or specialty certifications
