  • Develop link charts, target-system models, and targeting packages; maintain auditable entity and event data.
  • Produce concise, policy-relevant products (briefs, INTSUMs, estimates) for senior leaders and operational partners.
  • Collaborate with interagency/IC/DoD/LE partners; contribute to working groups and joint operational planning.
  • Deliver stakeholder briefings and respond to RFIs with traceable, standards-compliant analytic tradecraft.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, National Security, Criminal Justice, International Affairs, or related field + 12+ years of analytical experience.
  • Skills: Multi-INT fusion, network analysis, target development, link-analysis, geospatial, investigative databases/tools, Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional writing, briefing, and stakeholder engagement skills with strong QA/QC discipline.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting NTC, DEA, HSI, FBI, Treasury/OFAC, or Joint/IC task forces.
  • Hands-on counter-threat finance investigations (SAR/BSA exploitation, crypto-asset tracing).
  • Regional expertise (Western Hemisphere) or functional specialization (precursor chemicals, TBML, corruption, illicit procurement).
  • Professional certifications or training in intelligence analysis, financial crimes, or AML/CFT frameworks.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market data. DarkStar provides a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and long-term success of our full-time employees.
